Father God,
we thank you for seeing us all through yet another day. Thank you for all the good things and blessings we have enjoyed through out the week. Thank you for what you have done and what you will continue to do in our lives. I commit our beloved President Obama into your holy hands. Protect him from every plan of the evil one, protect his family, his cabinet members, members of congress, members of the armed forces especially those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Be with him, guide him, instruct him, and touch his heart that he may know the joy of trusting you in all things. I thank you that you continue to confound the tokens of liars concerning this nation and President Obama. We continue to pray that you will guide him even as he makes decisions, pushes policies and continues to seek those actions that will benefit this nation in the economy, health, education, spiritually so all may live peaceful and prosperous lives. We call forth every business opportunity, every agent of growth and conditions that would foster growth that does not take advantage of others but rather that improves everyone's lives. We thank you for your goodness, your mercies and your continued protection over this nation. Guide the minds and thoughts of those who are in congress that they may do the right thing concerning their constituents and give them strength to resist being corrupted by special interest groups, but rather help them to trust you to watch over them even as they make decisions that may seem to not be too popular with those who can and have the means to shout the loudest. Lord, continue to watch over this nation even as we go into the weekend and help us remember to give you all the praise.
