Our Lord and our God,
This morning I come before Your throne of grace seeking mercy, grace and favor. I lift up the President of the United States of America before you this morning. Lord be with him this day. Cause him to experience Your presence and Your love. Direct his footsteps. Give him wisdom to make godly decisions that honor Your Holy name and glorifies You. Lord give him victory in every political battle he undertakes this week. Grant him knowledge and understanding of times. Where others have wished him to fail, Lord give him supernatural victory. Where others have wished him ill, Father, show him favor and goodness. Prepare a table for him in the presence of his enemies. Fill his cup to overflowing. Let mercy and goodness follow him all the days of his life. That he may know beyond any shadow of doubt that You appointed him to lead this great nation and that You will direct his footsteps. Father remind him to seek You daily and to commit all his ways and activities into Your hands. Lord grant supernatural breakthroughs with the military in the middle East, with the oil spill in the gulf, and with every political battle he undertakes for Your name's sake.
I rebuke every spirit of oppression, opposition, and backstabbing and command them to LEAVE NOW! in the name of Jesus. Lord establish Your presence and the presence of the Holy Spirit over the president. Cover him with the blood of Jesus. Make him invisible to every natural, supernatural and spiritual enemies. Strike those who seek to harm him with blindness and destroy all information gathered against him for harm. Let every power fuelling current or future problems fall down and die in Jesus' name. Cause every camp of his enemies to experience failure, frustration, exposure, shame and reproach in the name of Jesus.
Lord destroy every satanic blockade working against him this week and through out the year in the Name of Jesus. Lord guide his footsteps and lead him in the path of victory. Bless President Obama, his family, his cabinet and all he presides over in the Name of Jesus.
