Our Lord and Our God,
Blessed be Your name this day. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lord I lift up my voice to You Lord, for our help comes from You Lord, the ruler of heaven and earth. Lord I commit this day into Your hands. May Your will be done. Be exalted Lord God. Show Yourself strong in this nation Lord. Let every man know Lord that it was by Your divine intervention Lord that You will cause the engineers to come up with a divine plan to stop the oil spill. Lord let Your name be Glorified.
Father, bless President Obama this morning. Bless his coming in and his going out. Bless the work of his hands. Reveal to him Lord, divine strategies and grant him divine wisdom. Lord confound his enemies. Let those who laugh at him now come and laugh with him. Cause even his enemies to begin to work with him O Lord. May those who seek his harm be turned back and confused. May those who seek his life stumble and fall. Send Your angels Lord to strengthen him when he is weary. Renew his strength Lord this morning. Let him run and not grow weary, cause him to walk and not faint. Teach him Lord to stay steadfast in Your love.
Lord, fill the President with the Holy Spirit. Teach him the things of God. Cover him with the blood of Jesus. From the crown of his head to the soles of his feet. Lord cause him to be an instrument that brings honor unto Your Holy Name. Father give him divine strategies for the war in the middle east, for decisions about Jerusalem, the oil spill in the gulf of Mexico, the economy, the health care, the education system, the legal system and many other decisions Lord that You have placed him in authority over, in the Name of Jesus. Cause him to excel lord where others have predicted failure. Cause him to overcome every obstacle of the enemy. Cause him to triumph even where his enemies believe that there is no way in the eyes of his enemies. Lord astound even those who believe they can predict his demise. Lord bless him indeed.
I pray for everyone in authority this day, Lord direct their activities to the Glory of Your Holy Name.
