Father God,
Thank you for a new day and new opportunities to do things differently. I pray this morning the for President Obama even as Your word urges us to do. Bless him this morning. Grant him peace, rest and supernatural abilities to anticipate and solve the problems that he faces on a daily basis. Problems of policy, war in the middle East, media propaganda, the oil spill in the gulf, and many other public and private struggles he may have.
Lord, in the name of Jesus, be though exalted, magnified and lifted up in his life this day. Grant him favor with man and with angels. Let him be called blessed for Your name's sake. Lord give him the right words to speak when he represents the authority You have placed upon him as the leader of this great nation. Lord may those who seek to harm him fail and be confounded. May those who gather against him be scattered in the name of Jesus. Let strife be the portion of those who join together against him. Expose every wicked plot against him, at home and abroad in the name of Jesus. Lord encourage him and grant him grace to recieve Your love and Your direction. Grant him rest Lord this weekend and renew and refresh him for the upcoming week. Grant him victory in the middle East and in any other physical, political or spiritual battles that have been lined up against him. Lord confound his enemies and cause those who gather against him be unable to come to any agreement in the name of Jesus.
Lord bless the President with health, wisdom and favor from above,
