Prayer for President Obama, August 19, 2011

Dear Lord God,

thank you Lord that You are not man that You should lie nor son of man that You should repent. Your word says that the door You have opened no man can shut and the one you have closed no one can open.  I thank you that according to Your word, You are the one who appoints leaders and lift up or abase individuals.  Thank you Lord that You are not influenced by man because Your Will was established before the foundation of the World.  I thank You Lord for the commandment that states that we should pray for those in leadership.  Lord, in accordance to this commandment, I want to lift up President Obama before Your throne of grace.  Lord cover him in the Blood of Jesus, from the crown of his head to the soles of his feet. Lord frustrate every enemy of his life, his leadership and his time in office.  Father cause every plan put together against him to fail in the Name of Jesus.  Father I pray that He will be the head and not the tail.  He will always be on top and not the bottom. Lord cause all who come against him be utterly humiliated in defeat.  Let those who pray for him rejoice as they see you lift him up and honor him in the presence of his enemies.  Father, convert his mistakes into miracles and cause him to always look up to You as the rock of his faith.  Lord give him give him a forgiving heart that he may not take offense nor give offense in the Name of Jesus.  Lord, by the power of the Blood of Jesus, I shut every door the enemy has used to attack President Obama in the Name of Jesus.  Let all who seek his life be confounded and confused, may every poisoned arrow fired against him boomerang back to the sender in the Name of Jesus.  Lord protect his family, his children, his wife and all his extended family.  Father surround him with Your ministering angels and cause them to bring him in a place of resounding victory and supernatural and divine success this day, in the Name of Jesus.

Lord, I cover this prayer in the Name of Jesus.

In Jesus' Name I pray.
AMEN!
